My husband and myself have always purchased/sold property through our family relative who is a realtor; however, when we started looking for a home specifically in Ventura County, we were referred to JoAnn Levine with Keller Williams. From start to finish, JoAnn and her husband Bob were there for us every step of the way. JoAnn was so efficient and organized, she found all of the houses that we went and looked at, mapped them out, found comps in the area; we really felt like we didn’t have to do any of the work. Once we had put an offer on a house, she would follow up with us daily with updates as to the status. It was really wonderful to have such great communication with our realtor and she was available 24/7, whenever we needed her. It is a very stressful process in this economy to purchase a home, but with JoAnn it just seemed seemless; I’m not sure how we would have gotten through this without her. We will definitely be selling/purchasing our next home through her and will be recommending her 100% to our friends and family.

I listed my property with REALTOR® JoAnn Levine and she sold it for me within two months.
But, she did much more than that. The house had been a rental for several years and looked like it. The decorations both inside and out were in need of a good deal of "TLC", the yard was a mess and the last tenants had left behind a considerable amount of junk - none of it valuable. The junk included an above ground spa which did not and would never work again. JoAnn assumed the role of contractor. She contracted for cleaning this, cleaning that and cleaning up. She arranged for haul away and disposal of all the junk. She supervised the redecoration and repair of everything necessary to put the house in a presentable condition ready for marketing.
Then she marketed the house, negotiating with prospective buyers and me to procure the absolute best price despite a falling market. At that point, the job was only half done as JoAnn then pushed, prodded and poked the buyer's agent and all of the sundry tradespeople involved in the transaction. Inspectors, handymen, escrow officers and lenders were all guided to do what was best for her seller and do it in a timely manner. She even coerced her husband into helping with the repairs.
If this looks like JoAnn is the REALTOR® from heaven, in my eyes she is. She represented me and my best interests from the start of the transaction through to the end. She represented me honestly and fairly without compromising her strong code of ethics and she dealt with a somewhat irascible and course buyer's agent with firmness and humor.
If you need to sell or buy property, however big or small, I heartily recommend JoAnn Levine. She will take care of your best interests in the confusing maze which is real estate.

I have known Bob Levine for over 10 years; I have worked with Bob as a fellow Manager in the Car business. Bob not only was my coworker, but a great friend.
There are many qualities that Bob possesses that make him that excellent manager. I will list them as I see them.
1) Trustworthy!
2) Always a team player, willing to help others.
3) Great management skills causing him to always run a profitable department!
4) Extremely knowledgeable of running his department from inventory to reports.
5) The neatest organized associate I have ever worked with.
6) Bob was always approachable even when he had a heavy load on his plate.
7) The best attendance record always there.
I m sure I missed some of his qualities, but others will capture what I may have passd over.
